- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)

- 3-4 ice cubes
- Strawberries for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Blend Ingredients: Combine the mango, peach, Greek yogurt, skim milk, protein powder (if using), and ice cubes in a high-powered blender. Add the ingredients in this order to ensure optimal blending performance.
- Process Until Smooth: Blend the mixture for 45-60 seconds or until it sounds smooth and no large chunks remain. If the blender has difficulty, pause occasionally to scrape down the sides and blend again to incorporate all ingredients completely.
- Serve and Garnish: Pour the smoothie into serving glasses. Optionally, garnish with fresh strawberries for an added touch of freshness and color. Serve immediately for the best taste and texture.
Notes
- You can use either fresh or jarred fruit packed in its own juice; just make sure to drain well to avoid excess liquid.
- If using frozen fruit instead of fresh or jarred, reduce or omit the ice cubes to prevent the smoothie from becoming too thick.
- Adding vanilla protein powder boosts the smoothie’s protein content, making it more filling.
- For a vegan alternative, substitute Greek yogurt and skim milk with plant-based yogurt and milk.
